Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Qibi is a brand operated by GreenTime SA (“GreenTime”).

GreenTime SA creates and operates a network of Qibi smart fridges (“Qibi Smart Fridges”) in private corporations in order to supply fresh food and beverages to employees.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Qibi services and the purchase of products available through Qibi.

Application of Terms and Conditions and Changes

Qibi enables you to purchase fresh food and beverages from its smart fridges and provides its services through its mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

GreenTime reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means and will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after publication, unless required immediately for legal or technical reasons.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Qibi app uses third-party services that are governed by their own Terms and Conditions.

By using Qibi, you also agree to these third-party terms.

These services include:

  • Google Play Services
  • Stripe
  • OneSignal
  • Google Maps

Access and Use of the Services

Services Description

The Services enable users to purchase food and beverages from Qibi Smart Fridges.

To use the Services, you must create an account and add credits to your wallet using available payment methods.

Your wallet balance must be greater than 0 CHF to open a Qibi Smart Fridge.

When a product is removed, it is automatically detected by Qibi’s system, and the corresponding amount is deducted from your account.

Registration Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.

If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Services only with the approval of a parent or guardian.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Modifications to Services

GreenTime may modify or discontinue the Services at any time without liability.

Data Storage and Account Inactivity

GreenTime may define limits regarding data storage and usage.

Accounts inactive for more than one (1) year may be deleted. Any remaining balance will be considered used and will not be refunded.

Mobile Services

Using Qibi via mobile devices may involve additional charges from your provider.

By using the Services, you agree to receive communications electronically.

Food Allergens & Product Responsibility

Qibi and its partners cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens.

By using the Services, you accept the risks associated with food consumption, including allergic reactions.

Expired products:

Products include a “sell by” date. Consumption after this date is at your own risk.

Conditions of Use

Proper Use

You agree to use Qibi Smart Fridges responsibly and not to damage, tamper with, or move them.

Removing RFID tags from products is strictly prohibited and considered theft.

A penalty of CHF 300 may apply, and legal action may be taken.

Account Rules

  • One account per person
  • Accounts are non-transferable

Payments

You confirm that your payment information is valid and authorized.

You authorize GreenTime SA to charge your payment method for credit purchases.

If your balance becomes negative, your account may be automatically topped up (e.g., CHF 20).

Prices may change at any time.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including in the following cases:

  • End of employment
  • Loss of access to the fridge
  • Service termination

You are responsible for using your balance before losing access.

Accounts deleted due to inactivity (1 year) will not be refunded.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Qibi, including technology, software, branding, and content, remains the property of GreenTime SA or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without authorization.

Third-Party Links

Qibi may contain links to third-party websites. GreenTime is not responsible for their content or services.

Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

GreenTime SA is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss
  • Allergic reactions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

Termination

GreenTime may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including in case of misuse or inactivity.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GreenTime SA.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
